Provider and licence

Aster is operated by Sun State Rental Car LLC. The iOS app is currently distributed through Apple by Illia Pereviazko. Your licence to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms explain Aster's service, limits, and subscriptions. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

The service

Aster is an iPhone and iPad assistant that can help draft, rewrite, translate, summarize, explain, analyze photos and files, create or edit images, transcribe speech, and plan. Supported launch languages are English, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. Quality can vary by request and language.

AI output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sharing it. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to harm or exploit others, violate law, infringe rights, evade security or usage controls, distribute malware, generate harmful falsehoods or personal information, impersonate another person without consent, discriminate against protected groups, or make prohibited automated decisions. You must clearly identify AI-generated output when sharing it in a context where a reasonable person could mistake it for human-created content. You are responsible for your requests and for how you use or share the output.

AI model licences

Aster uses third-party AI models subject to their respective licence terms and acceptable-use policies. See the AI model notices, including the required Llama attribution.

Availability and usage limits

Free access currently includes three successful starter AI requests once, shared by text, analysis, image creation, and image editing. The starter allowance does not renew; changing the date or reinstalling the app does not reset it, and the allowance is shared through iCloud when available. Each successful monthly subscription period includes up to 1,200 credits on Plus, 2,500 on Pro, 5,000 on Max, or 10,000 on Ultra. Pro includes up to 750 premium-model credits, Max 2,000, and Ultra 5,000. A successful standard image creation or edit currently uses 2 shared credits. Other requests use credits according to the AI processing required; the service may reserve a conservative maximum before processing and returns unused reservations when a request fails or uses less than the maximum. Credits reset only after Apple or Stripe confirms a successful new billing period; unused credits do not roll over. Safety, capacity, device, and fair-use limits also apply. A request may be refused when a safety check cannot be completed, capacity is temporarily unavailable, or the service's operating limit has been reached. Uninterrupted availability and perfectly accurate output are not promised.

Subscriptions

Aster Plus, Pro, Max, and Ultra are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. Where available, you may choose either Apple billing in the app or secure web billing provided by Stripe. The payment screen shows the price, billing period, included access, and applicable limits before purchase. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings and follow Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Web subscriptions are charged by Stripe to the payment method you choose and must be managed through Aster support or a Stripe billing-management link when available. Deleting or reinstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or reset its usage. Do not maintain overlapping Apple and web subscriptions for the same access.

Changes, suspension, and termination

Features, models, and reasonable usage limits may change to maintain safety, quality, or service availability. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page. Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass limits. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
